KS1 Teacher (Part-time, Temporary)

£240 – £476 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
A primary school in the Gateshead area (NE17) is looking for a KS1 teacher to work on a part-time basis for the full academic year – 2024/25. The KS1 Teacher chosen for the role will be covering part of a job-share role in Year 2, working Monday and Tuesday each week.
This is a long-term role, where there will be some planning responsibilities. The school was rated as ‘good’ at its last Ofsted inspection, and has good parking facilities for all staff.
Requirements
The desired KS1 Teacher will have;
• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
