I am a young girl living in Swansea who has epilepsy, global development, Autism and ADHD. I have no concept of good or bad, I need to be supervised at all times. I like affection and hugs.
I Love arts craft, cooking, animals mainly cats. I love to go to soft play and bouncy castles but too much Can trigger my epilepsy. I Love music, dancing, and anything cute.
Mum will discuss epilepsy. And how to deal with a seizure. You would need to feel comfortable with this.

Tasks involved.
• Takin me to soft play
• Taking me to Bouncy castles
• Taking me Horse riding
• Taking me to see horses
Type of person required
• A person who respects and understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality when working in someone else’s home
• Someone who is confident, mature and has patience
• A person who is dependable and arrives on time.
• A person with a friendly, easy-going manner
• Someone who is adaptable and flexible is essential
• Someone who could provide extra hours on occasions
• Someone who will be able to support me but not take over
• Able to work Independently and on their own initiative to previously agreed criteria
• Someone who is able to work to instruction
• Someone trustworthy, reliable and punctual
• Someone with a caring and responsible attitude
• Be willing to undertake any training identified as relating to the post e.g. Manual Handling Course, Basic First Aid
Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly with appropriate holiday pay calculated.
A DBS will need to be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs are met by Swansea council.
