Caddy Group are looking to speak to Technical Coordinator's for our client based in Rochester, Kent. This is a full time office based role with the opportunuity for site visits and meetings.
• Facilitate collaboration among the design team for design and build initiatives.
• Develop and oversee a schedule of key milestones for the timely acquisition of necessary information.
• Generate design schedules to facilitate timely completion within construction deadlines.
• Oversee document management processes throughout project lifecycles.
• Evaluate revised drawing specifications upon receipt, and communicate changes to production and commercial teams.
• Liaise with building control authorities to submit drawings for review and approval.
• Check subcontractor drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications before initiating procurement processes
