Internal Quality Assurer in the Schools & Education sector

Rugby based - hybrid working
The first few weeks of this role will be fully office based, and from then will be flexible with the candidate attending the office on a regular basis dependent on the type of work being done at the time - this is a communicative role so will have a large face-to-face element
Monday to Friday - 9am to 4.30pm
£25,000 - £28,000 pa depending on skills on experience
Our client, a Rugby-based education provider, are looking for an Internal Quality Assurer for the Schools and Education division. The successful candidate will monitor processes, educators and systems to ensure standards are kept high and processes are standardised across the business.
The key responsibilities for the Internal Quality Assurer:
• Supporting educators through advice and guidance
• Ensuring the educational judgements are made in accordance with performance criteria
• Observing assessment samples to ensure consistency against national standards
• Monitoring learner's progress and addressing any potential problems as and when they arise with the educator
Minimum requirements for an Internal Quality Assurer:
• Internal quality assurance qualification
• Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CIAVA)
• Experience in an education-based role / environment
• Supportive, communicative and approachable personality
The ideal candidate for an Internal Quality Assurer:
• Industry specific level 3 qualification
• Can work alone as well as in a team
• Good with IT systems
• Positive and progressive
• This role is subject to a enhanced DBS check
