Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire contracts management process, from negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, identifying areas of risk and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms and conditions while protecting the interests of the company.
