Cellar Door and Restaurant Supervisor

Balfour Winery is one of England's leading wine producers and creates award winning wines, beers and ciders in Staplehurst, Kent. The beautiful 400-acre Estate is home to our vineyards, apple orchards and state of the art winery and cellar door.
An opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant and Cellar Door Supervisor to join our team.
This is a unique and exciting position within the growing English wine industry which encompasses, hospitality, F&B and events, with huge potential for growth. We are looking for a candidate with experience in all aspects who has a positive and proactive approach.
In this role, you will:
Ensure smooth restaurant operation and oversee smaller groups of the team.
Deliver exceptional guest service, resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a safe and clean dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Contribute to a positive and motivated work environment for the team.
Assist with inventory management and cash handling procedures.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Hospitality experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and guests.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
A positive attitude and a passion for the restaurant industry.
A passion for wine.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18
