The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to undertake all aspects of Substructure and Superstructure works on projects with values ranging from £250,000 up to £10,000,000, across London and the Home Countries.
The company has many years of combined construction experience, knowledge, and processes.
They are extremely professional whilst taking great pride in delivering contracts successfully, safely on time, within budget and to the highest quality for all their clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing all outgoing transactions, ensuring that they're authorised and processed as expected. In this role, you may create identifying codes for each invoice, making it easier for colleagues to track past payments and run reports.
Role Duties:
Processing new supply purchases
Reviewing invoices to ensure that they are accurate and correctly formatted.
Creating credit accounts with new suppliers to finance payments.
Adding new suppliers' details to database
Creating processes for tracking and making payments
Filing invoices
Calculating VAT
Tracking supplier payments
Purchase Ledger Clerk - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
You will require good organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Must have good attention to detail and have good numeracy skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
