CV Screen is recruiting for a Golf Tournament Administrator for a well-established golfing organisation. The role is remote however you will be required to attend different tournaments in the East of England. A salary of up to £22,000 is available.
ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Golf Tournament Administrator will be to provide comprehensive administration to support regional activity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for overall event administration/day-to-day set up and use of tournament management software and ensure all pre-event administration deadlines are set and met.
• Coordinating the dispatch of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the department.
• Responsible for the stock levels of stationary, administration equipment/petty cash.
• Responsible for the security and storage of confidential, personal, and sensitive information/cheque payments.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of entries/reconciliation of fees.
• Overall administration of Tournament Regulations.
• Responsible for Blue Golf preparation, competitor approval, accounts, and invoicing.
• To assist regional staff in the field at any event.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Golf Tournament Administrator will have most of the following experience:
• Experience in database management (Blue Golf)
• Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the sporting industry
• Knowledge of the game of golf.
• Remote working
• Business focused, understanding the needs of a business.
SALARY
Basic salary up to £22,000
