We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator
This is a 12 month fixed terms contract based in Borehamwood.
The annual salary for this role is between £23,299 and £26,153.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days from the office and 2 from home.
The ideal candidate will have an HR administration background and have been involved in the recruitment process within the role.
Or if you are an administrator looking to take the next step into HR and have a keen interest in recruitment.
The main duties for this role are but not limited to
Assist with placing recruitment adverts and to arrange interviews, Managing the on-boarding process
Inbox management
Dealing with the leaving process
Booking training courses
Assist with running data reports providing management information
Liaise with the Finance department to make sure invoices are paid.
You will also need to have great time management and organisation skills, be a team player and have good attention to detail.
It is essential to have excellent IT skills including word, excel and teams.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1715 . Fridays are 0900 to 1700
You will benefit from 26-31 days annual leave a year plus 1 floating day, Free parking on site, Free gym membership,
