12 month contract – Inside IR35

The rate is negotiable and the duration of this role is not defined.
Accountabilities:
• Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programmes
• Ensuring all documentation is managed incompliance with processes, policies, and procedures and checking the quality of all documents.
• Provide support with regards to document numbering, revisions, and the application of metadata.
• Receive, issue and control project documentation and maintain project filing keeping trackers and registers when necessary.
• Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation.
• Provide Data Management System training where necessary.
• Liaise and provide support to supply chain.
• Provide support to Document Control Lead/Manager and coordinate with other team and project members
Skills:
• Knowledge of various Data Management Systems
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Ability to gain Security Clearance
• Understanding of document security and classification
• 2- 3 years’ experience of working within Document Control, with major project delivery.
• Min HNC or equivalent in Business studies or numerate discipline. Experience in excess of minimum requirement may be considered in lieu.
