We are currently recruiting for a Registered Night Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team. At Spellman Care it’s a priority for us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences, all delivered with dignity, compassion and kindness.
Key Responsibilities of a Night Nurse Manager
• Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of care
• Manage and monitor service delivery
• Deliver hands-on person-centred care
• Maintain accurate records with our electronic care plans
• Safe administration of medication
• Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
• Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
• Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisals
To succeed as a Night Nurse Manager you will be
• Registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN
• A team player who engages well with others
• Strong communicator
• Energetic and hard-working
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Passionate about offering quality services and want to make a difference
• A glass half full person, with a sense of humour and a positive attitude
