CMG Technologies, part of the IndoMIM group are renowned specialists in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) and Metal 3D Printing, providing high-quality components to a widely diversified range of customers and industries. This role offers you a unique opportunity to develop and grow our business.

The Role: strong> p>
• Provide reactive maintenance support to front line teams li>
• Provide proactive and preventative maintenance for the business li>
• Assist with compliance activities li>
• Actively participate in ongoing improvements within the business li>
• Carry out general "handyman" style jobs as required (e.g. paint; fix a blind; hang a sign) li>
• Ensure all work is carried out within the boundaries/ requirements of H&S Legislation and the company H&S polices li>

What is required of you: strong> p>
To maintain (both preventative and reactive) all elements of the manufacturing site. With either an electrical or mechanical bias, support and work with the Maintenance and production teams. p>
Responsibility for people: strong> p>
• No direct reports li>
• Maintain a close working relationship with all key stakeholders within the business li>
ul>
Responsibility for Assets: strong> p>
• Responsibility to look after equipment li>
• Responsibility to only work within your trained expertise on company equipment li>
ul>
Finance: strong> p>
• Ensure finance is considered in decision making on maintenance activities li>
ul>
Decision Making: strong> p>
• Expected to make decisions and problem solve within your trained expertise li>
ul>
Communications: strong> p>
• Keep Management and relevant operational staff up to date with any ongoing requirements or maintenance activities li>
• Be able to liaise with suppliers & contractors li>
ul>
Essential: strong> p>
• At least 1 year proven Maintenance experience covering a wide range of activities, coupled with a Minimum of HNC, or Equivalent, in Mechanical and/ or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering. li>
ul>
AND/ OR strong> p>
• Extensive proven experience in related industries li>
ul>
Desirable: strong> p>
• Injection Moulding maintenance experience li>
• Other Industrial maintenance experience -water pumps; mixers; chillers; vacuum systems (pumps; furnaces) li>
• Manufacturing Environment experience li>
• Able to read engineering drawings/ diagrams li>
• Automation/ robotics experience li>
• Fork Lift

• 35 hours week (the company is proud to offer a 4-day week but can accommodate other negotiable flexible options that meet the needs of the business and individual
• e.g. 5 shorter days)
• 35 hours is paid at normal full-time salary li>
• 25 days holiday + BH li>
• Pension with 5% employer contributions li>
