An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bid Specialist to join our Multi-Brand Sales Team at Kinto. The Multi-brand sales team are a fun, collaborative and hard-working group who strive to meet the fleet needs of major corporates, public sector and not for profit organisations in the UK.
From funding to fleet management and mobility, our team will consult, support and offer a blend of products and services, that together attract new customers and help drive our existing customer’s fleet ambitions forward.

What you'll be doing:

 •  Work alongside the Bid Manager to complete and submit Invitation to Tenders, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Requests for Information / Proposals and Tenders in order to secure new and retain current Fleet customers.
 •  Through best practice, (APMP, Shipley), manage the review, qualification and response creation stages, working with relationship leads and subject matter experts to deliver accurate and compelling content.
 •  Ensure completed bids are professional in presentation, delivered on time and compliant with the specifications noted in the customer's bid request. Working closely with the sales team, and all other parts of the organization.
 •  Work with the Bid Manager to build and maintain an accurate Content Library.
 •  Manage procurement portals, communication, membership and notifications.
 •  Review feedback to continually improve and refine submissions to increase our tender success rate and welcome new customers to KINTO
 •  Research customers and prospects as required to tailor content.

Assist the Implementation Manager with the smooth onboarding of new customers when required

Requirements

Qualifications and experience you'll need:

Essential:

 •  Highly computer literate – word, excel, powerpoint and visio

Desirable:

 •  APMP certification
 •  Understand graphic design and presentation

Sales ability

 •  Excellent written and verbal English skills with keen attention to detail
 •  Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise work
 •  Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
 •  Capable of managing multiple responses
 •  Strong communication skills

 •  Knowledge and understanding of best practice
 •  Creativity
