Were on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Handler to join our Sales Team within the automotive industry. As Account Handler, youll play a vital role in supporting our companys growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

As an Account Handler, you will serve as the vital link between our sales team and our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of sales:related tasks, contributing significantly to our success in a competitive market.

Main Responsibilities:

 •  Collaborate closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
 •  Handle calls and emails from suppliers and partners promptly and courteously, addressing enquiries such as pricing and availabilities.
 •  Provide outstanding support to the sales function within the group.
 •  Maintain and safeguard client records with utmost confidentiality.
 •  Identify stock and procurement opportunities from suppliers.
 •  Create mailers and market offerings to our B2B customers.
 •  Generate reports for management as requested.
 •  Assist the operations team when necessary.
