The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a world-leading tech business who are setting up their brand new offices in central Oxford, and are looking to recruit a highly organised, adaptable and responsible Office Manager to oversee the project and the day-to-day operations of the office.
Alongside initially assisting with the setting up of the new offices, day-to-day this role will involve being first point of contact for internal and external correspondence, managing office systems and developing processes, co-ordinating meetings and appointments for the wider team and management, overseeing office inventory and supplies and general property management.
The diversity of this role also means that it requires involvement in more specialist processes too. The successful Office Manager will be involved with HR processes and the onboarding of new starters, working with the team to track expense claims in finance systems, organising team events and booking travel etc.
As Office Manager, this is a vitally important position, therefore it’s vital that the successful candidate is a confident and innovative leader, who is confident to make and back their own decisions.
