ABC Teachers is currently in search of a Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at a further education SEN School located in Bromsgrove. This role offers an immediate start with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

The Role

The Teaching Assistant will play a pivotal role in assisting students to reach their maximum potential.
Collaborating closely with a class teacher and an experienced support team.
Engaging with students in further education who possess a range of special educational needs, notably profound multiple learning difficulties.
Initially, a full-time position commences in May, with the possibility of continuation for the ideal candidate.

Requirements
As the suitable candidate you will:

Have a suitable qualification for working with children and young people such as Health and Social Care, Children and Young People's Workforce.
Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
Be confident in your abilities and skills to promote happy and confident learners.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are a suitable qualification for working with children and experience working with special education needs.
