HR Coordinator Required in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in Central London. They are on the search for a HR Coordinator to join their growing team. They are an upcoming new business who have rapidly progressed into a reputable contractor within the commercial sector of London.
Location: London office based
Salary: Up to the £50K mark
Ideal candidate: The ideal applicants will have knowledge and experience working with construction sector-based clients.
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
• Oversee all aspects of HR for both office and field-based employees.
• Assisting with attracting, interviewing process, and the selection of candidates that meet organisational needs.
• Keeping track of market level salary brackets for competitive edge
• Onboarding and inducting new employees, including both office and site staff.
• Screening and documenting right to work documents & construction certifications
• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance, probation reviews, salary increases, and disciplinary processes.
• Keeping company policy’s up to date and in line with current legislation.
• Organising company events.
• Supporting business operations.
