Location: Stoke Ferry (Kings Lynn)
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours (6am to 5pm)
Salary: £31,200 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all production staff are working to our standards and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Operations supervisors and manager to improve operational efficiency and optimise workflows.
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in our production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues, implementing necessary repairs or escalating when needed.
• Calibrate and adjust machines settings to achieve desired output.
• Monitor production output and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Assist with equipment installations and modifications.
• A function of the role may involve lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 20kg.
