Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Networks Support Assistant
Salary: £21,000 pa - full time equivalent
Hours per week: 25 hours (flexible working options available)

Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (one of which will be a Tuesday).
The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Networks team. You will be part of all the action by having a behind the scenes perspective of a variety of initiatives and enquiries from across our global network of members and volunteers.

You will work collaboratively with the team to support various workstreams from data processing and preparing post event reports, monitoring and managing of the team’s enquiry inbox, maintaining communications channels, minute taking at team meetings and processing of internal purchase ordering.

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have good customer service and administration skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office skills.

You will be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing, able to deal with queries in a timely manner as well as detail orientated and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills and enthusiasm in shaping this role within a vibrant team.

Essential criteria
 •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 •  Proven administrative skills including data processing.
 •  Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent standards.
 •  I.T Literate with experience of utilising a wide range of IT packages.
