The Role - Lift Repair Engineer
• Knowledge of various makes and models of lifts
• Completion of small repairs, both reactive and preventative, on all types of lifts
• Document and report works completed including pictures and any
recommendations
• Liaise with the office team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any
relevant faults/further works
• Problem-solving and working on own initiative
• Ensure a high standard of quality and delivery of service
• Creating good working relationships with clients on-site, always maintaining a
professional attitude
• Conform to and utilise best practice within health and safety at all times
• Contacting technicians or manufacturers when support is required with an aim to
resolve faults to the best of your ability
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lift Repair Engineer
• Prior experience in a lift repair position is essential
• NVQ Level 3 is ESSENTIAL
• Experienced in small repair works
• Must be a proactive, open-minded and motivated individual
