The School and Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? Experience essential for this role with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team in a Reception class located in Bolton (BL1).
We believe in providing every child with the opportunity to thrive and succeed. Our welcoming school community values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. We strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

Distribute adaptive and high-quality sessions to stimulate children’s development with under 5s.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support young children.
Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite topics.
Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Early Years Foundation Stage you will require;
Passion and drive to support children in education.
Excellent communication and language skills.
Desirable - recent experience working with children.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals.
Have a passion for Mental, Health and wellbeing with the ability to plan and deliver playful, and hands on experiences for children.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
