Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, including timelines, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and create comprehensive construction plans.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify project scope, constraints, and resource requirements.
• Use construction planning software and tools to create Gantt charts, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify potential delays or conflicts, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines, milestones, and any changes to the construction schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or similar role in the construction industry.

• Qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields are advantageous.
