Our client is a leader in the provision of high quality, inspiring building design solutions for a range of sectors across Surrey, London and the surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate will undertake building services design for new installations, alterations and maintenance, working on a variety of buildings across the private and education sectors. The role offers excellent prospects for career progression together with training and experience for individuals to fully develop their potential.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong technical background, can communicate in a clear and engaging manner and has the ability to be flexible.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for production of full building designs
Client liaison and arranging of client meetings
Management of project finances
Development of Client relationships
Appointing, coordinating and managing other consultants and contractors, both internally and externallyRequirements
Preferably CIBSE but not essential
Consulting/design background
Minimum 4 years experience
Good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of AutoCad
Current, full clean driving licence
Good project management skills, specification and report writing
