We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport / Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team in Grimsby. What will I be doing?
Managing and coordinating transportation schedules
Prepare driver paperwork.
Work closely with production to ensure the timely movement of materials between sites.
Liaise with and assist the Senior Transport Coordinator to cost effectively arrange additional transport by approved hauliers.
Brief and debrief drivers accurately.
Maintaining accurate records, and producing reports
Communicating effectively with drivers and other team members
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards
Undertake duties and responsibilities, may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the position and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
How much will I be earning?
£12.18 per hour (£26,900 p/a)
What hours will I be working?
Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700.
What skills do I need?
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a can-do attitude.
