M2 Partnership is shortlisting for a Lead Party Wall Advisor sought to head a renowned London Building Consultancy team.
This role offers a remarkable career path for an accomplished Party Wall specialist to spearhead and expand their own team. With a track record of delivering exceptional services, our client is enhancing its central London team by appointing a new Partner dedicated to driving the growth of the Party Wall division.
You will likely hold a position as a Director or Partner-level Building Surveyor / Neigboulry Matter / Party Wall within a UK-based firm, boasting substantial expertise in Party Wall advisory.
Day to Day Duties Include
• Offer expert Party Wall advice and guidance to clients.
• Manage existing relationships and collaborate with colleagues across sectors to cultivate new accounts.
• Lead negotiations concerning Party Wall matters, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Independently oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance with pertinent legislation.
• Represent the consultancy with professionalism in interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and nurture your expanding team in alignment with strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications And Experience
• Chartered Building Surveyor status (MRICS or FRICS).
• Demonstrated experience specializing in Party Wall advice, reports, and negotiations.
• Background at a senior or associate level within a respected UK consultancy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices related to Party Wall matters
Skills And Competencies
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Robust project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Track record of successfully representing a consultancy to esteemed clients.
The Package
Our client is looking to pay up to a basic salary of £120,000 + Car allowance + Bonus. They have one of the best benefit packages within this very niche sector.
