What You'll Do: strong> p>
As a Test Engineer at Dale Power, you'll be tasked with the following: p>
• Undertake direct test and repair activities within the AC & DC UPS/ Charger product lines li>
• Inspect, test and repair standby power products to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality and safety standards li>
• Document test results and product configuration in accordance with company QUENSH system li>
• Ensure that product test and repairs are technically compliant with project, quality & safety specifications li>
• Oversee customer Factory Acceptance Tests, liaising with clients in a polite and professional manner li>
• Make active contribution to Continuous Improvement initiatives, challenging product design, build and test processes and information workflow li>
• Provide technical support to other areas of the business as required li>
• Provide training and mentoring to junior members of the test department to develop skills and capability li>
• Carry out equipment calibration, PAT testing and maintenance work on test equipment as required li>
• Provide support to within the battery test area of the business as required li>
• Carry out other related duties as directed by the Lead Test Engineer li>

Qualifications/ Accreditations: strong> p>
• HND / Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) (Essential) li>
• Health and safety awareness qualification (Desirable) li>
• A full driving license (Desirable) li>

Experience and Knowledge: strong> p>
• At least three years' experience working in a similar technical role (Essential) li>
• The ability to read circuit diagrams and fault find to component level (Essential) li>
• Knowledge of battery chargers, rectifiers, inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (Desirable) li>

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) (Essential) li>
