Salary Range: £40,000 - £52,000, Depending on Experience

They are seeking a skilled individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience to lead the production of civil infrastructure designs, encompassing drainage, roads, and sewer systems for new build residential projects.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects ranging from £350k to £45m in value, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders from inception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs and solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Produce concept and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on residential developments.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Highways and Sewer authorities, to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Attend project meetings with Local Authorities and Drainage officers, representing the company.
• Assist in the management, development, and training of junior team members.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients on a daily basis.
• Utilize AutoCAD, PDS, and Micro Drainage software for design tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
• HNC or degree qualification in Civil Engineering
• Clean driving license
• Strong communication and workload management skills
• Proficiency in Windes and Microdrainage software
• Experience in Sewer Hydraulic design for residential housing schemes
• Knowledge of S38 / S104 / S218 regulations and Highways design standards
