We are currently recruiting for a Care Quality Lead / Field Care Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for driving our high-quality person-centred care within the West Fife and Kinross area’s. This role is a combination of both field work and office based therefore, you will need to have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
This role will be carried out on a full-time basis Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with a requirement for out of hours working for visits, and as part of an on-call rota which attracts additional payments to your basic salary.
This is an existing opportunity to become part of a progressive, supportive and quality oriented organisation to become a key player in shaping the services we provide to our clients.
Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Improving the quality of service for clients and staff
• Client assessments, outcomes based care planning and reviewing
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide supervision and support to our dedicated caregiving team
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Cover gaps in the care schedule when Care Professional’s are absent
• Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans
• Update and maintain information on our digital systems
• Conduct personalised client inductions to tailor care plans to individual needs
• Manage correspondence by responding to emails and telephone calls in a warm, professional and responsive matter.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Experience supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
• A valid driving license and own your own transport
• Comfortable driving around the Fife and Kinross area for various visits
• SQV Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
