Job Summary:**
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. The Order Processor will be responsible for accurately processing telephone and e-mail orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
• Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
• Enter orders into the system promptly and accurately
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of orders and customer information
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as an Order Processor or in a similar role
• Proficient in data entry and order processing systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
• Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical industry would be an advantage
