Membership Administrator
Rugby based - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Permanent
Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs
£23.5k - £24.5k pa
Our client, an established membership association based in Rugby are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their busy team.
The key responsibilities of a Membership Administrator:
• Processing various grades of membership
• Responding to queries via email and phone
• Providing accurate information on membership eligibility
• Liaising with volunteers to support application assessments
• Build and maintain knowledge and understanding of membership grade and registration requirements
The minimum requirements for the Membership Administrator role:
• Experience in a busy customer service environment - ideally dealing with members/membership
• Great admin experience
• Experience of working to defined timeline
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Great customer service skills and communication
• Can support a busy workload
The ideal candidate for the Membership Administrator role:
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with volunteers advantageous
• Can work as part of a team as well as individually
• A Levels or equivalent
• Minimum GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English
