Job Duties:
• Provide academic support to students in English and Maths, who are in secondary school (KS3 and KS4)
• Develop individualised lesson plans based on student needs
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
• A relevant degree in Education or related field
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of the UK education system
• Proficiency in the subjects being tutored
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
Preferred Qualifications:
