Used Car Sales Controller - Independent Dealership
Our client is looking for a "top rung" Sales Controller to lead their sales team at their Used Car Dealership based in Leeds. The company has a car for every type of person so a car can be sold to the whole of the market. This is a great opportunity to join this environment working with the best colleagues and being able to offer every brand, make and model.
This job would be ideal for a motivated Business Manager or Transaction Manager who is looking to step up into a more senior role.
As a Sales Controller you will lead, motivate, manage and drive your team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the company's key performance indicators. As Sales Controller you will ensure the dealership is well managed with cars, take responsibility for the presentation of the Retail Centre, build and maintain strong relationships with your team.

Working Pattern
Your working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
