Project -Industrial Project up to 18 month contract
The client - A leading player in the international Design & Build industry, and were thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Quantity Surveyor to spearhead the commercial aspects of subcontractors for an industrial project in Chester. This role will be site-based.
The candidate - Industrial project experience. New build and refurbishment. The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering or Quantity Surveying Degree along with a minimum of 8 years experience in the construction sector.
Key Skills Required: Experience in Industrial projects
New build and refurbishment project experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Competence in Planning and Cost Control
