DNA Recruitment Solutions are recruiting a Fleet coordinator to ensure our client's large fleet of vehicles is kept to a safe and legal standard in regards to maintenance and repair across the European region. You will be part of a growing, dynamic team in a company that values every colleague and believes ambition and fun at work are equally as important as operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Control 3rd party repair companies
• Management of periodic fleet testing
• Control and organisation of fleet inspection
• Coordinate repairs to fleet to maximise vehicle utilisation
• Budget control across the region
• Control fleet modifications
• Ensure in house IT system is a true reflection of fleet status
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Carry out post repair inspections
• Estimate verification
• Provide technical support to the commercial team as required
• Managing customer requirements and expectation
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Sourcing and supplier control experience
• Cost/budget awareness with a strong business mindset
• Build positive relationships across the business, work in a team
• Knowledge of fleet/vehicle maintenance
• Logistics/Transport experience
• IT and digital literate
• Agile, flexible approach to working practices
• Analytical thinker and strong decision maker
• Financial awareness to deliver cost effective results and improvements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate about health and safety
• Flexible to travel at short notice if required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week
