Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
• Full process account management duties.
• Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
• Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Evaluate potential leads, identify key decision-makers within the prospect's organisation.
• Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
• Minute logging.
• Quantify and achieve a minimum number of meetings daily.
• Act on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
• Professional in a business-like manner, aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
• Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
• Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
The Successful Applicant
A successful account executive should have:
• A strong motivation for sales.
• Business orientated and independent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
• A customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using database software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• A competitive salary starting at £23,000 upto £27,000 per annum.

• Basic OTE up to £35,000.
