An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated registered nurse looking to join our senior nursing team on D58 at the Queens Medical Centre Campus.

As a 28 bedded Healthcare of Older People ward we are a team committed to meeting the complex medical and mental health needs of our patients. As a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse you will be dedicated and patient focused at the heart of our mission to inspire and motivate our team to ensure the best standards of care are delivered.

As Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse, you will support the ward manager in motivating and providing leadership to the ward team.
  1.  Clinical Leadership:Collaborate with and support the ward manager to ensure excellence in care delivery. You will lead by example, role modelling and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  2.  Team coordination:Coordinate the ward and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals, patients and their significant others.
  3.  Continuous improvement:Be a catalyst for positive change, working flexibly to ensure standards are being maintained, evaluated and where necessary improved
  4.  Patient-Centric approach:Empower patients to achieve their goals. Your commitment to excellent care will make a lasting impact.
