Job Description
• Oversee the financial and operational management of the organisation
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans
• Manage and coordinate the budget planning and management process
• Lead the operations team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and operations team
• Provide financial reports and analyses to the Board
• Foster a positive working environment, promoting our values and mission
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Finance and Operations Officer should have:
• A full Accounting Qualification
• Proven experience in a similar senior financial role
• Worked within a school and/or academy trust previously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent financial and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
