Penryn | Permanent | £24,000 - £33,000/year | www.cv-library.co.uk |
Job Description

Our client offers a fulfilling career within a supportive community and an idyllic hometown. Their practice owner, who fell in love with the area 19 years ago and never left, embodies their commitment to the vibrant coastal town. Since then, their practice has flourished, becoming an integral part of the community.
Now, they invite you to join them.

The successful candidate will be part of an outgoing and welcoming team consisting of 3 vets, a Head Nurse, RVNs, and student nurses. This full-time role, with 4 days a week and the same day off each week, offers an enviable work-life balance, with only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings and no out-of-hours, Sundays, or Bank Holiday duties.
You'll contribute to their commitment to exceptional client service and compassionate care for every animal, supported by their Outstanding PSS.

Responsibilities:

 •  Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners.
 •  Work collaboratively with their veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
 •  Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice, including assisting with consultations, surgeries, and administrative tasks.
 •  Engage with clients to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

 •  Qualified RVN with experience in small animal practice.
 •  Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
 •  Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
 •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

In addition to a competitive salary (up to £33,000 dependent on experience), our client's benefits package includes:

 •  Contributory pension scheme.
 •  Fully funded CPD, actively encouraged with approximately 5 days away each year.
 •  No out-of-hours, Sundays, or bank holidays required.
 •  Paid lunch breaks.
 •  Career development opportunities.
 •  Paid memberships.
 •  Great company discounts and rewards, including 20% off at Pets at Home and the Vet Group.

If you seek a supportive, friendly, and professional environment where you can flourish, alongside a team that prioritizes mutual support, this role may be the perfect fit for you!
