We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client, a leading Accountancy Practice in Wetherby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take the next step in their career and be a key player in a highly successful and growing organisation.

As the Accountancy Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to their valued clients.

Title: Practice Manager
Salary: up to £45,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Wetherby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Company Directors, and a small team within ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to deliver exceptional service
Developing and implementing effective strategies and processes to drive efficiency and improve overall practice performance
Overseeing the financial management of the practice, as well as managing HR, Health and Safety, and Facilities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic advice
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Collaborating with other team members and departments to maximise cross-functionality and synergyTo be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role such as Executive / Personal Assistance, or Business Support within an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of accountancy principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
