Your Role
As Operations Director, you'll oversee all operational facets across our dual bases in Bristol and Poznan, Poland. From Production to Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety to IT, you'll ensure seamless operations that drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Championing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining ISO qualifications
Spearheading a sustainability roadmap to propel us towards environmental success
Driving efficiency and flow through lean manufacturing techniques
Managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain management
Cultivating a culture of customer excellence and quality assurance
Implementing cutting-edge IT technologies for operational efficiency
Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Technical, and Sales departments
Leading and mentoring a team of department managers to achieve excellence
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in senior operations roles
Experience in IT implementation for operational enhancement
Strong grasp of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Robust knowledge of mandatory H&S requirements and sustainability practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and adeptness in HR and employment law
Ability to drive process enhancements and support high-level objectives
