At Axon Moore I am thrilled to partner with a valued organisation recently acquired by a highly successful investment group. Currently, they are seeking an Ambitious Finance Manager to join their team at the North Wales site, offering a hybrid working arrangement.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity to progress within your career and work towards a director title.

Reporting to a knowledgeable and supportive MD and collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function.

This includes essential tasks such as maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, generating comprehensive management accounts, implementing robust cash flow management strategies, ensuring compliance with taxation and treasury regulations, and delivering top-tier management information, analysis, and insights on the performance and forecasts of a multi-site business.

This role will play a crucial part in facilitating informed decision-making processes and driving the organisation toward continued success.

The Candidate:

Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent Experience: Progress towards full qualification.

Fully Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA

Commercial Accounting experience including Data Analysis and Financial Reporting Experience: Proven track record in data analysis and financial reporting.

General Accounts Department Experience: Strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping.
Advanced IT System Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting software.
Familiarity with Accounting Software Packages: Experience with Xero preferred.
