£28,000-£30,000 per annum

As part of your role as Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the service provided is compliant with the relevant CQC guidelines. The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager and deal with the day to day support to our clients.

As a Care Manager your role will include the following duties:

 •  Manage the safety and quality of the business
 •  Care assessing and drafting a care plan
 •  Attend changeovers and deliver training to ensure care needs can be met safely
 •  Effectively manage incidents
 •  Make sure a written individually tailored care and support plan has been created and agreed, that respects the person’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy

I am very keen to speak to anyone with experience in one of the following job roles, who has an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent RQF) and a clean full UK driving license:

 •  Senior Care Co-ordinator;
