A leading property investment organisation based within the Midlands that specialises in the investment and development of commercial properties. The company is growing rapidly and is looking to appoint a Asset Management Administrator.
Role Overview:
As an Asset Management Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the company’s Asset Management and Estates Management teams. Your main focus will be on delivering excellent customer service to their tenants while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the Property Management System (Qube) for database maintenance, invoicing, and documentation generation.
Assist Property Managers in lease negotiations and related tasks.
Support in debt recovery and lease income invoicing.
Monitor service charge expenditure and aid in budget preparations.
Coordinate property handovers and address tenant maintenance concerns.
Manage contractors' invoices and ensure prompt payment.
Arrange statutory checks, inspections, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Efficiently handle incoming calls, messages, and administrative duties.
Maintain organized filing systems while ensuring document confidentiality.
Uphold workplace health, safety, equality, and diversity standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and numeracy skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365, with previous administrative experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle confidential information.
Property experience with an understanding of commercial tenancy legal documents.
Salary & Location:
The salary range is £30-34K, depending upon experience. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Oldbury, requiring presence in the office 5 days per week
