PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT - BERKSHIRE - AUTOCAD
A wonderful opportunity for the right Part 2 Architectural Assistant who will relish joining and growing with a young, residentially focused Architect studio in Reading.
Though currently small in stature, there is real quality to the architecture they produce which is primarily bespoke residential projects. Working with and supported by the ideal Principal, you'll benefit from his experience whilst being thrust into projects.
Due to their size, this opening will be all encompassing. This is going to be a great opportunity to assist the Director through all stages and they are keen to support your growth into a future project runner. This is going to really help you develop and refine skills through the RIBA stages. To be considered we are looking for:
• At least 2 years in practice experience, ideally on bespoke residential schemes.
• Part II qualifications as a minimum.
• Excellent communication style.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
On offer is a permanent position based from their office on the outskirts of Berkshire which is a lovely setting with on-site parking. The salary will be reflective of your relevant experience but likely in the £26,000 - £30,000 range
