EdNet is currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff in a lovely SEND School in the Warrington area. This is a full time, long term post, and will commence asap. You will have experience and understanding of the needs of pupils with a variety of SEN conditions.
The school aims to provide an all round curriculuum that allows children to develop a 'can doi' attitude. They foster an environment that allows access to as much of the curricullum as possible.
The role will be to support teaching staff in the delivery of learning activities and to assist with all elements of learning and play.
The successful candidate will:
• Have previous experience of working in a similar environment
• A willingness to participate in relevant training and development opportunities
• Be a pro-active team member, committed to raising standards and achievements
