Vacancy available on a full time and permanent basis in a luxury hotel near Towcester, South Northamptonshire.
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist with oodles of people skills, someone who might come from a customer service background, preferably a customer facing role.
Salary c.£23’500-£25’000 DOE + overtime + excellent benefits.
Rota 5 out of 7 days per week, 40 hours per week, a mixture of shifts available.
The successful candidate:
• Must be IT savvy, be able to utilise all MS Office and learn the booking system quickly
• Will be able to drive, hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable vehicle
• Shall be well presented, have an excellent telephone manner and be calm under pressure
• Might have prior work experience of working in a hotel reception
• Can work as part of a team and build professional working relationships
• Could have experience working in a luxury environment within a customer facing role
• Should be able to produce evidence of stable employment history in the form of an up to date CV and references
• Must possess excellent attention to detail
• May have worked in leisure, spa, golf resort, fine dining, luxury hotel environments…
