About the role you’re considering

We are seeking a talented and experienced Amelia Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Amelia Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced conversational AI solutions using IPsoft's Amelia platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop bespoke solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The focus of all our staff is to enhance and transform our customer platforms and experience for the better.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

As an integral part of our development team, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to:

 •  Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
 •  Design and develop conversational AI solutions using IPsoft's Amelia platform.
 •  Customize and configure Amelia's cognitive capabilities to meet specific client needs.
 •  Integrate Amelia with various backend systems, APIs, and databases.
 •  Develop and maintain high-quality codebase, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
 •  Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams.

Your skills and experience
 •  Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or Java
 •  Good understanding in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
 •  A problem-solving and analytical approach
 •  Familiarity with integrating API’s
 •  The ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
