A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic, passionate and professional Sales and Marketing Manager, to join a highly progressive, expanding and market leading business in South Wales.

This innovative business, established for nearly 40 years, has ambitious plans to double the growth of the company over the next 5 years. The appointment of a results driven and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager, is critical in supporting and driving these strategic growth plans, where you will be a key addition to the senior management team.

The specific appointment of Sales and Marketing Manager would suit a high calibre individual who is genuinely looking for a long-term career step and an opportunity to be recognised for your efforts. Perhaps you have not been fully acknowledged for your successes previously and are looking to make your mark in a business that values hard-work, determination, and results.

Having gained experience within the construction and / or manufacturing sector you will ultimately drive and create the commercial sales and marketing strategy, execute these plans and penetrate new markets. It will require a highly organised individual with strong planning skills, leadership and the ability to mentor a small team.
It is important that you have an enquiring mind, are detail oriented and are an engaging and collaborative people manager. You will be naturally energetic and passionate about your people and products.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. In addition, you will be a creative, solutions oriented individual, technically savvy and competent in using data analytics to measure successful performance on marketing campaigns.
A relevant marketing qualification would be an advantage as would a background of sales and marketing within the construction / manufacturing industry.
