Role - Recruitment Consultant - Driving
Location - Leicester
Salary up to £25k dependant on experience + uncapped commission
Must hold a full UK drivers licence
For this role we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants the opportunity to build a successful Driving desk with a leading recruitment company who are growing.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to deliver top-notch recruitment solutions.
• Leverage your sales expertise to drive success and exceed targets.
• Celebrate victories big and small in an atmosphere that thrives on camaraderie.
• Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls.
• Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per
annum, generated from individual sales efforts.
• Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
• Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
whilst complying with GI Group and their legal requirements.
• Any other tasks as required by your manager / division.

• Evidence of at least 1 year’s occupational success in a sales / recruitment environment prefered.
• Excellent communication
• Arithmetical competence
• Methodical
• Problem solving skills.
• Negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Must be flexible and when required and be willing to have responsibility for the out of hour’s
phone where required.
