Our client is an engaging and innovative telecommunications company dedicated to providing exceptional service and solutions to their clients.

As a leading provider in the industry, they pride themselves on their commitment to customer satisfaction and technological excellence.

The role:

As a Support Executive you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client services and support functions.

This is an office based position, located in Bristol with free parking.

Client and Supplier Interactions:

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and services.

Liaise effectively with suppliers and team members to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Schedule appointments or meetings with clients as required to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.

Essential Criteria:

Experience in customer support/sales with a high-volume output, ideally 2-3 years.

Proficiency in using support CRM databases and sales order processing systems.

Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, and "can do" attitude.

Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and listening skills.

Desirable Criteria:

Understanding of changes in the telecommunications market.

Experience working with sales teams and developing key account relationships.

Previous experience leading a customer services team or developing support/office procedures.

Calm and decisive under pressure, with a positive and determined attitude.

Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships.

Proficient in working with office systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Customer support/sales or similar qualification, or relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems.
